JD loader for the 55 series - M70 70A

Looking for someone to confirm for me that the older Deere '55 series compact (655/755/855/955) used the 70 and 70A loaders. These seem to be pretty much interchangeable, yes?

Can someone supply the lift capacity of these loaders, and are there any useful differences between the 70 and the 70A?

I think the 655 and 755 needs the m70, the 855 can take both the M70 and 70a, and the 955 needs the 70A. I don't know what the lift capacity, i never got an owners manual. ....
